Aconteceu a 29ª edição do Ghana Journalists Association (GJA) Awards, na noite de 8 de novembro, no Palácio Manhyia. Godwin Asedibe, da TV3, foi eleito Jornalista do Ano de 2024. A cerimônia, realizada fora de Accra pela primeira vez, sob o patrocínio de Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, celebrou a excelência da mídia em Gana. O Multimedia Group Limited se destacou, conquistando oito prêmios em diversas plataformas, demonstrando sua influência no cenário midiático do país. As premiações foram escolhidas entre 321 inscrições, refletindo a competitividade do concurso deste ano, que teve como tema: "Salvaguardando o futuro de Gana: O papel da mídia na promoção da paz, segurança e combate ao galamsey".
