Music producer Ricco Diplomats is collaborating with emerging production houses to release a new dancehall track, 'Redemption,' by Tielo Lanez on the 'Mercy Lap' rhythm project. Ricco Diplomats, also known as Rick Foster, believes the song has the potential to be a major hit and give young producers a big break. The single will be released under the Ricco Records, Moji Records, and Black Satin imprints. Tielo Lanez is signed to DJ Mac, and is expected to become a prominent figure in dancehall music. The instrumental for the 'Mercy Lap' rhythm was created by Team Upgrade, and will also feature Valiant and Skippa. Ricco Diplomats is confident that Tielo Lanez will become a music powerhouse. Tielo Lanez has voiced multiple songs for the team, including 'Fat Fat' on the 'Street Mongrel' riddim. Ricco Ras, a former road manager and entertainment insider, is now a music producer and dancehall artist. He debuted with the single 'Tek Go Off' in October 2021.
