Simplicity Living has made headlines by reducing rental costs in its newly launched build-to-rent project in Mt Wellington. The KiwiSaver fund manager now boasts a total of 507 completed units in its portfolio. The rental prices for three-bedroom apartments in this venture will reach a maximum of $780, which is as much as $400 less per week compared to the rental rates of the nearby Resido apartments managed by Kiwi Property. This strategic pricing move aligns with Simplicity’s commitment to making rental housing more affordable. The residential developer has also garnered support from Auckland's mayor in this initiative.
