QShelter Limited launched its inaugural fitness and lifestyle event, the 2004 M00VE Experience, at the 2004 Estate on the Lagos Coastal Road on April 25th. Marathon winners were awarded cash prizes across four categories. Fadekemi Erinle, Gang James, Gyang Sunday, and Aminat Alabi emerged victorious in the marathon, which featured 5km and 22km races for both men and women. The event, organized with The Fitness Religion Company, included a mini-marathon, fun run, aerobics, dance sessions, a five-a-side football match, and strength competitions, attracting participants from across the country. Kola Sowande, Chairman of QShelter Limited, stated that the event aimed to raise awareness of the 2004 Estate project and contribute to addressing Nigeria's housing deficit. Gbenga Alamu, Chief Operating Officer, highlighted the event as a product of community engagement, reflecting the existing fitness culture in the area. Nollywood actor Tobi Bakre, a participant, praised the initiative for bringing people together through fitness, with activities suitable for various age groups and fitness levels.
