She pointed out that such programs are vital for preparing teachers to meet the challenges of an increasingly digital environment. However, Agbotui highlighted that the training in new skills should be supported by better working conditions. "While we are providing our teachers with modern skills, it is equally crucial to create an environment where they can utilize this knowledge effectively," she stated. "This includes enhancing school facilities, renovating current structures, and ensuring teachers have adequate accommodation." She also revealed plans to finish incomplete teacher bungalow projects within the area, stressing that access to suitable housing is essential for retaining teachers and ensuring their job satisfaction.
