India and New Zealand are set to sign a Free Trade Agreement (FTA), as announced by Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal. The agreement, finalized after extensive discussions, will be signed in New Delhi. The FTA aims to double bilateral trade to five billion dollars over the next five years. Goyal highlighted that the agreement will significantly improve market access for Indian goods and create more trade opportunities. He also met with local business owners in Agra, praising their work and emphasizing the city's role in India's future exports. Enhanced market access and stronger trade ties with New Zealand are expected to support the growth of Agra's industrial sector.
