Actor Humberto Martins has signed with Record, ending a 35-year tenure at TV Globo. Known for his roles in successful soap operas, the actor will make his debut in biblical productions on the Paulista network. At 64 years old, Martins concluded his cycle at Globo, where he was a leading actor. He starred in several popular soap operas. In his new phase, Martins will participate in a biblical series on Record. He is confirmed in 'A Ira do Herdeiro', playing Senaqueribe, an Assyrian king. The character will be central to the story's conflicts. The series will be Martins' first project outside Globo after more than 35 years. Earlier in his career, the actor also worked at Manchete.
