Eppley Limited, an investment company, has appointed Aisha Campbell as president of its real estate and infrastructure business and promoted Samantha Summerbell to vice-president of credit. These moves are part of Eppley’s plan to increase investments across the Caribbean. Campbell will lead the Eppley Caribbean Property Fund, Eppley’s direct real estate holdings, and its infrastructure assets. Summerbell will oversee the company’s private credit businesses. These appointments come as Eppley aims to expand in private markets across the region. Campbell joins from PROVEN Properties, where she was CEO. She expanded the company’s real estate portfolio from US$20 million to US$140 million and oversaw commercial and residential developments. She replaces Denise Gallimore, who is leaving Eppley after over eight years. During Gallimore’s time, Eppley’s real estate platform grew to 1.1 million square feet. Summerbell’s promotion follows her work on key transactions. She will now lead the firm’s private credit business, an important part of its investment strategy. CEO Raymond Donaldson said that Campbell is a top real estate executive in the Caribbean, and Summerbell has a strong record.
