Friends of Good Shepherd International (FOGS) celebrated its 30th Annual Fundraising Gala in South Florida, marking three decades of service. The event honored Archbishop Emeritus of Kingston, Charles Dufour, the founder of FOGS and The Good Shepherd Foundation (GSF). The gala reaffirmed its commitment to the Archbishop Dufour Education Scholarship. Phillip Rose, the deputy director of tourism for Jamaica, delivered the keynote address. The event also included a video presentation by Edward Raine, CEO of Food for the Poor. Michelle Buteau received the FOGS Humanitarian Award. The Yogi Foundation was recognized with the FOGS Corporate Award. Funds raised will support Hurricane Melissa relief efforts across Jamaica. FOGS, the international arm of The Good Shepherd Foundation, focuses on improving lives through education, healthcare, and disaster relief.
